Overall restful stay for business trip. Small hotel with particularly good views as a bonus. Very cordial and cordial staff, very very good breakfast with variety of food. Exceptionally comfortable bed, really great bathroom and free wireless internet, a large desk, and a mini bar in the room.

I booked a room with a soft bed, coffee facilities, a large desk, and armchairs. The staff were kind and obliging in case of questions.

The staff helped with check out. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: an outdoor market and a market were within walking distance. Easy access to Brunei International airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

The hotel needed renovation.

The room was spotless, practical with all the comforts, we really enjoyed it.

The breakfast was incredible and lovely, the staff was accommodating, the grounds were fairly clean. Favourable position was an added bonus. We stopped by Library Cafe for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Well, the area was unattractive overall.

Pleasant clean property, it has informative and perfect stuff from reservation made to checked out. The room is quiet and bright with all the comforts. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from a golden-domed museum.

Easy check-in, responsive employees. Well-equipped rooms with stylish design. Clean pool, parking in the hotel.

Beds were too soft.

This accommodation had a very central setting to the main sights including the jetty. The breakfast was outstanding, gorgeous with western food together, local & western dishes, nice Coffee...

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service. The hotel offered a great local tour and arranged other activities for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a popular lunch and dinner buffet. The people in Brunei were very nice and happy, and we felt welcomed during our stay.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

Centraly located. Late check out for night flights. Partitioned area for sleeping and relaxing in room.

I tried cashing travellers cheques in the town. Both theMoney Changers and the Banks only wanted cash. I was told that the only bank that would exchange travellers cheques was hsbc. In view of this I think that the Radissons's policy of charging 20bd each time you want to change Travellers Cheques is extreemly extorsionate especially as their exchange rate is also low. Travellers need to be informed that Brunei prefers cash!!! And that they are not very well set up for the tourist industry.

Excellent staff services

Hotel is a 4 and not 5 star hotel. Room is musty when I checked in. Also, room needs upgrading or refurbishing to a more grandeur 5 star hotel standard. The shower foam in thick gel form is hard to dispense.

Excellent staff, amazing breakfast, helpful front desk, good local tour.

The location was particularly good and marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Jubilee Park.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and there were nice touches - a bowl of apples on each landing and drinks in reception for example.
